Me and my brother used to play the crap out of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance and are looking for a good console game on the 360 kind of like Diablo/Baldur's Gate that will be good. Any recommendations?

Dungeong Siege III is what you're looking for. I believe only the first player is an actual character while the others are helping but not really part of the story, but its still some good action-roleplaying fun

Sacred 2 has that kind of gameplay but only check it out if you're desperate.

Fable 3. It wasn't really as good as the other Fable games but it is fun to play with a friend. However, just like DS3 your partner is just an anonymous person in the universe and not really existing in the narrative. I hate it when they do that personally : p

You can give Lord of the Rings: War in the North a shot. It doesn't do anything ground-breaking in terms of gameplay but the co-op is pretty fun.

Hunted: The Demon's Forge had local and online co-op, along with a a lvl creation mode. Decent, not great, but the co-op is well implemented and fun. If you don't get that one, LorR:War in the North is good.

XBLA has quite a few co-op dungeon crawl type games. Crimson Alliance and Dungeon Defender both have local and online co-op.
