Aim at the blue eye, then the mouth, and the purple bubble joints on the tentacles.

What you do is hit ESCAPE to bring up the menu. Select View Lobby and scroll to select the player you want to kick, then hit DELETE. Other key shortucts can also be seen at the bottom of the screen.

Tips for someone getting their butt kicked?

Answer from gamingpasta

Find cover behind rocks while shooting at the big blue eyes and shoot the tentacles with blue orbs when they appear ASAP or else they'll shoot missiles. Try using shotguns or turrets with explosive rounds to do massive damage.

Or can you keep playing?

Answer from iosgamer4life

Enemies are level 32+ at the start, some with different names and stronger ones appearing more often. The loot is way better.

You can still play even after the storyline is finished. There are two options: you can either stay using that playthrough and finish up anything you have left to do, or you can select to start a "playthrough 2".

????????????

Answer from TheEzio

You don't. You access them by pulling up the menu; there's no 'equip' slot or hotkey for quick usage.
