Get at least one command point and get the Air Recon ability, then recon at the enemy HQ. The AA guns located there should shoot your plane down, but it will go into the enemy HQ and do lots of damage. Repeat this three times and the HQ will fall, and you will earn the medal.
Select both infantry squads and the engineer squad you start this map with, then RIGHT CLICK the command point you are supposed to capture at the top of the hill. While they are making their way up, immediately fill barracks queue with infantry and the BAR upgrade, then follow the group you sent up to progress. Towards the top they will encounter the artillery spotting tower, which you need to take out for the medal. Fill it with grenades to take it out, then quickly garrison it when it is clear. A Panzer and fire truck might block the road up to the top. Rapidly pop in and out of the tower and toss sticky bombs on the Panzer. Note: You might lose the first squad, but that is acceptable. Back at base, just keep producing infantry until your population cap is reached. Group all squads in one and Right Click the command point at the top of the hill. Start your violent exodus. Ignore most of the bonuses on the way out, but do not hesitate to sticky bomb any fire trucks that might stop you. Once they are taken out, Right Click the command point again. Your sheer numbers will be too much for the enemy to wipe out completely. Your squads will make it through, although one or two to a squad once they are at the command point. It is difficult for the enemy to dislodge them.
Start the game with the -dev command line parameter and press CTRL + SHIFT + ~ during game play to display the console window. Then, activate the following cheats by entering the corresponding codes. Press CTRL + SHIFT + ~ again to close the console window and activate the cheat:
Use the following trick in the mission where you control Fox company and must capture the church and secure the town square. Notice that they never signal to capture the two ammo sectors in the north. Do so and notice they are not defended by a single Nazi. Capture it and mine the enter place and the bridges. Take your time. Also capture the fuel sector in the east (to make bunkers in the next mission). In the following mission the Nazis will be coming from the north, and you must survive for fifteen minutes until Able company arrives. The mines placed in the previous mission will not disappear, and will decimate any enemies who step on them, and blow tanks sky high.
Snipers have a secondary use that is often not taken advantage of--their ability to camouflage. As long as they are under camouflage orders, they will not be seen under any circumstance (except by anti-sniper units). This is very useful in the front lines, as snipers have a very long sight range which works well together with your artillery and other snipers. Remember to opt the "Hold Fire" command or your "Sniper-Scout" will be killed.
The only thing important when it comes to tank driving are their ability to reverse in the way you want them to. If you click a destination too far from the tank's current position, it will turn first and move later. This makes the tank vulnerable to enemy fire (side and rear armor), especially in tight situations. Clicking a short distance behind the tank, will make the tank retreat or reverse without making any unnecessary turns, while making sure the strong front armor still faces the enemy. However, this is better used with individual tanks. Moving tanks in groups under fire is almost impossible to perform effectively.
Is it possible for your units to carry more than one heavy weapon?

The ones added to your squad, such as the M9 Bazooka and the Recoilless Rifle, are allowed to carry more than one. For weapons such as mortars and HMG (the ones you need to face), you'll need to usually drop three members, which will man the weapon.
