Enable "Testing Cheats" mode

Note: This procedure requires editing a game file; it is recommended that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Open a text editor and edit the "Commands.ini" file in the "\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini" directory after turning off its "Read Only" attribute. Change the following line:

TestingCheatsEnabled=0

to:

TestingCheatsEnabled=1

and save the file. Start the game and you will be able to adjust the values of the Hunger, Energy, and Relationship bars. Also, you can type help at the console window to show additional cheats that are now available.

Prevent death

Simply save your Sim when you create him or her so that when you die, all the things in your inventory will still be there and your characters will be alive again so you can keep dying as many times as you want. However, you do lose your spouses or boyfriend/girlfriend.
