RPG animation glitches
When an NPC fires an RPG, the actual round never leaves the launcher even though it looks like something flew out of the grenade. Also, when the NPC reloads his RPG, he will make the motion of inserting a new grenade where it shouldgo, but his hand is not holding one and the grenade (from the previous firing) is still there. This is easier to see in "Wolverines!" where occasionally a friendly Ranger NPC will pick up an RPG and fire it at Russian troops, so you can observe this animation glitch in relative safety.
